COMMONWEALTH GAMES HISTORY


The commonwealth games, also known as a friendly games started ages ago.The first commonwealth games started in 1930 in canada.11 countries  took 400 people to play 6 games and 59 events.Since then the games were played every 4 year except for 1946 because world war 2 started.


This game has changed and also the name of what they are playing this game. From 1930 to 1950 it was called the British Empire games.In 1954 until 1966 it was called British Empire  commonwealtth games.
